At Childcare is Fun we love trying new products for littlies and grown ups, and we love sharing them with you!
When we were asked to review a book about travelling with little ones, we thought it was fabulous timing with our adventure to Tenerife with two under 2 coming up in July. Our very first family holiday!
Now I don’t get much time for reading, not with two littlies, a website, a blog and with writing a book myself! So this book was perfect.
Travelling with children (A parent’s guide) by Catherine Cooper is an easy to read, easy to find what you need (camping sections, beach sections, etc) book for those wanting to travel with their littlies. As a professional nanny who’s travelled with many children over many years, I thought it would’nt teach me anything new – but it was an interesting read and I was pleasantly surprised!
What’s even better about this book, is it’s flat enough to take away with you for easy reference!
The book is full of case studies and examples of problems you may face when travelling with children, and at the back of the book there is a list fo websites and addresses to help plan that very much looked forward to family trip!
I’d say the photo’s of my two littlies helping me review the book says it all – reading the book was child’s play.
A no-nonsense, easy read for anyone wanting to travel with children.
Travelling with children is available from Waterstones and other book stores for £9.99
