New year, new start!

How many of you have made the new year your year for loosing weight?

Loosing baby weight is hard work! I run around after two littlies under two, so you’d think the weight would fall off! Sadly, it’s not enough to get rid of my baby belly!

The Pushy Mothers six step plan with Maclaren, is a workout you can fit in around your busy mummy life and loose the weight sensibly.

If your a yummy mummy  with no weight to loose but just want to tone up – it’s ideal for you too!

I’m kicking my baby weight into 2010 and starting to get out there to burn off the Christmas pudding and twenty thousand mince pies that forced their way into my mouth over Christmas.

My weight now is 9st 9, it was 9st 10 on January 1st, so luckily I stayed the same over Christmas despite the food and wine fest in my house!

I’m hoping by spring (at the two weddings I’m attending,) I’ll be looking and feeling more like myself.

I’m aiming for a safe 9st by then and to reach my target weight of 8st 4 by the end of July.

It may sound as if I’m dragging the weight loss out, but by setting realistic targets I know I’ll stick at it and not head for the biscuit barrell and ditch the plan.
