B has very long hair, hair that needs washing and conditioning and plaiting every night to avoid tangly birds-nest hair! My hair is exactly the same which is why I keep it short!
When B wears her hair down, I insist she at least has hair-slides in to keep it off her face, so we decided it would be fun to make our own!
To make these cute bow hair slides you’ll need:
Felt cut into approx 2x4cms pieces x 2
Wool
A plain hair-slide
How to:
1. Cut a rectangle shape out of the felt.
2. Make a ‘fan’ by folding the felt
3. Use the wool to wrap around the middle
4. Tie securely in a knot and cut off the lose ends.
5. Slide half of the hair-slide into the wool.
