Fi Star-Stone talks all things ‘Baby Sleep’ at The Baby Show London Excel!

I’m pleased to announce that I will be heading back to the main stage at the UK’s largest Baby show this February talking about baby sleep (or the lack of it!)

As a mum of two little ones born less than a year apart, I know that parenting isn’t always easy. My gentle techniques and approachable manner are popular with families and celebrities worldwide and I’ll be sharing some of my top tips for:

• How to cope on very little sleep
• Gentle calming techniques for unsettled little ones in the night.

It’s hard work being a parent – but equally rewarding! I love to share the gentle techniques I devised based on my qualifications and experiences as both a mum and professional. I’m non-judgmental, open minded and believe every child and every family is different. What works for one family – might not for another, so I offer a wide range of tips and techniques.

For those of you who may not know me, I’m a qualified parenting advisor with over 22 years experience in childcare. My qualifications include a Degree in Childhood and Youth studies, an NNEB in Nursery nursing, and a Diploma in Childhood studies.  I regularly write articles for parenting websites and magazines and I also regularly appear on TV and radio stations as a parenting expert.
