After 15 years of launching and running the UK’s first free online support to thousands of parents worldwide, it was with great sadness I had to close the email service down in January.
Receiving over 300 emails weekly, it was becoming impossible to answer each and every one in the professional, caring and time-consuming way each and every one deserved.
Parent advice service
Within one week of closing the parent advice I’d received over 700 emails, and over 300 messages on Twitter and Facebook asking me to open again – (thank you so much for your incredible support and kind words.) The general suggestion was to open again but to perhaps charge a small fee. A fee that was affordable to the average family.
At the same time – thousands of parents who I’ve met at baby and parenting shows and conferences over the years have asked me time and time again to provide parenting classes!
With these two things in mind – it is my great pleasure to announce my new venture – The Childcare is Fun! Parenting workshops and online support membership!
Parenting workshops
In September 2015 I’ll be taking bookings for both online and live parenting workshops which will be fun, informative and affordable – covering everything from sleep to toilet training! The workshop cost will include discount codes for top baby and parenting brands, discounted purchases of my parenting books (my next two are out this year) and continued email and phone support.
Parenting support membership
This friendly and informative online and telephone support service is for those not able to attend the workshops. This will include discount codes for top baby and parenting brands, discounted purchases of my parenting books and unlimited email and phone support while a member.
