Oh I do love a festival me. A regular Glastonbury and Green man festy I’m not shy of a bit of rain and mud - so when I heard about Little Fun Fest – a brand for funtastic kiddies festivals throughout the UK, I got rather excited!
What’s even more appealing for the camp-haters is that you get all the fun of a festival minus the camping! What’s even even better is it’s all aimed at littlies! Now that’s my kind of family festival!
The first Little Fun Fest first event ‘Little Fun Fest Easter’ takes place on 5th and 6th April 2013 at Red House Farm Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
With lovelies like Cbeebies Alex Winters and Mr Bloom making an appearance, little ones are in for a real treat! For those that like a bit of an old skool boogie, Dene Micheal from Black Lace will be performing live on stage, performing all the hits from Music Man, Hokey Cokey, Superman, and probably the most ever played novelty song ‘Agadoo!’ – I’m a little over-excited by this and have already started to warm up my Agadoo actions!
Harry Potter fans! You are going to LOVE this – Harry Potter and Hagrid will be on stage in the big top joined by Professor Mcgonagall! How very super-awesome is that my lovelies?!
For dance crazy toddlers like my little girl, Little FunFest Easter will be bringing the magical world of babyballet live!
Ballet loving littlies will be able to watch, dance, sing-a-long with Twinkle the Bear, Grandad Jack, Flutterby the Fairy and Chuck the Cowboy as they perform in their own interactive and lively family show. I think Tutu’s and wellies go very well together. We shall be joining in the fun for sure.
And if all of that wasn’t enough for you, there is also a large variety of activities, from the barrel train ride, (Oz is going to LOVE that) to digging for precious stones in the gem mine; bouncy castle; balloon typhoon; trampolines, and a big inflatable slide… it’s all at Little FunFest this Easter!
