Spring flowers!

Boo, aged 4, has been drawing since around 18 months old – I kid you not. From a young age she’s always been at her happiest sitting at a table with paper and crayons.

Without wanting to show off, Boo has surprised me often with her drawing skills, from people, to houses and even complex story boards she’ll spend hours creating awesome artwork.

I think Boo takes after her artist Nanna who’s work is regularly exhibited. Her dad is pretty arty too – in his late teens he created some amazing pieces – one which we have hanging in our bedroom!

Me? I’m limited to stick people and cats, but I do love a good arty fun session with my two littlies.

Today Boo drew some spring flowers (pictured above) at my request so we could join in with a wonderful linky over at This mummy loves. Oz joined in too drawing a cute little bumble bee which I think at 3, is rather special.
