These mints are easy to make and decorate, and ideal for Mother’s Day! When they’re ready – pop the finished mints into a decorated jar or box for a thoughtful present! You’ll need: 500g (1lb 2oz) icing sugar, sifted 1 egg white, stiffly whipped 1-2tsp lemon juice Few drops peppermint oil, to taste To decorate: (optional) Half a 36g jar natural crystallised violet petals
