I’ve just bottled up the most wonderful three flavoured tipples for gifts (and for us for Christmas drinkies, that is, if they last until then!)

Perfect (and easy) recipes for delicious festive tipples!

Making your own flavoured Gin and Sherry is so easy, and when I say easy, I mean ridiculously easy. You only need three key ingredients and a bit of spare time!

Ingredients for Raspberry Gin:

  • 1lb Raspberries
  • 1lb sugar
  • 1 bottle of gin (it doesn’t need to be expensive Gin as you are adding flavour with the Raspberries!)

Method for Raspberry Gin:

  1. Prick  Raspberries, put into a clean sterilised glass container that can be sealed.
  2. Add the sugar and Gin and shake every day until the sugar is very pink.
  3. Store in a dark place (a garage or cupboard is ideal)
  4. Turn and swill fruit around once a day for first two weeks
  5. After 2/3 months, strain with a sieve and bottle up!
